• Comedy Writing Secrets - How To Think Funny, Write Funny, Act Funny, and Get Paid For It by Melvin Helitzer. This is the best book I have ever read on understanding how humor works and and learning how to create it. I find the skills honed from this book are also wonderful for coping with the sresses of life.
• The Dilbert Principle - A Cubicle's-Eye View Of Bosses, Meetings, Management Fads & Other Workplace Afflictions,  Dogbert's Top Secret Management Handbook, and pretty much any other Dilbert book by Scott Adams
• The One Minute Methodology by E. Z. Systems. (as told to Ken Orr)
